EMSI Assists Dinghao Tower Renovation in Reaching Peak Performance with LEED and WELL Gold Certification

(EMSI), a leading provider of healthy and sustainable building consulting services, helped Dinghao Tower A become the first renovated commercial building in the Haidian District of Beijing to achieve the WELL Certification^™ at the Gold level by the International WELL Building Institute and Gold certification in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)™ program from the U.S. Green Building Council. EMSI advised the owner and architect of the Dinghao building on energy, sustainable and wellness design standards to transform an electronics mall to a 69,585-square-meter office tower. During the renovation of Dinghao Tower A, EMSI provided solutions for reducing energy and water consumption and choosing environmentally responsible products to improve the building’s comfort level for occupants and businesses.
