Carrier India Launches Professional Skill Development Program in Collaboration with Don Bosco Technical Institute and United Way of Delhi

Carrier India, a part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, has announced the launch of its latest job-oriented vocational skill training program. Implemented by United Way Delhi in association with the Don Bosco Technical Institute, this initiative underscores Carrier’s ongoing commitment to empowering the next generation with industry-relevant skills and fostering growth in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) sector.

Launched under Carrier India’s CSR initiative the program is designed to bridge the skill gap by providing students from government and technical institutes with hands-on training in air conditioning systems. The curriculum integrates technical expertise with practical exposure, preparing students for real-world challenges in the HVAC industry.
