Carrier Announces Collaboration with Pelaburan Hartanah to Enhance Energy Efficiency and Operational Optimization

Carrier Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Carrier) and Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB) are pleased to announce a collaboration formalized through a memorandum of understanding (MoU) aimed at advancing energy efficiency and emission reduction efforts across PHB's real estate portfolio.

As a part of this strategic collaboration, PHB has appointed Carrier as its primary supplier and service provider for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions at its properties on an expanded scale.

"This collaboration allows us to support PHB in reducing energy consumption and operational costs while enhancing the comfort and well-being of building occupants."

Over the next five years, Carrier will be supporting retrofit initiatives across 24 existing PHB buildings as well as three future development projects. The goal is to understand the necessary interventions that will enable optimization of energy use and reduction of overall operational maintenance costs, ultimately helping PHB achieve its sustainability targets and framework.
