The GF range of air cooled condensing units is especially designed for medium temperature applications with R-404A/R-507 and R-134a refrigerants and low temperature applications with R404A / R507.

Application

The GF range of air cooled condensing units is especially designed for medium temperature applications with R-404A/R-507 and R-134a refrigerants and low temperature applications with R-404A / R-507, Condensing units are filled with ester oil.

Compressor

Units are fitted with COPELAND semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors including:

  • Shut-off valves on suction and discharge.
  • Oil sight glass.
  • Mounting springs.
  • Thermistor motor protection (up to D3 models).
  • Discharge vibration eliminator.
  • Protection by oil differential pressure switch (on models D2-D3).
  • CoreSense Diagnostics module for compressors STREAM (combining motor and oil protections. In addition it provides advanced protection such as high discharge temperature, locked rotor, single/missing phase, voltage imbalance and low voltage protection. The module is capable of communication via Modbus® protocol. Crankcase heater for all models.

Condenser

  • Condensing coil : copper tubes and aluminium fins.
  • Axial fans with grids, motor equipped with thermal protection 4 poles high resistant motor.

Liquid Receiver

  • Conform to PED 97 / 23 / CE.
  • Shut off valves on liquid receivers.
  • Pressure relief valve not supplied.
  • Crankcase heater.
  • Capacity control (4M et 6M).
  • Fan speed control on fans Ø355 and Ø450.
  • HP/LP pressure switch.
  • Liquid line (filter drier, service valve, liquid sight-glass, shut-off valve).
  • Liquid solenoid valve.
  • Suction line (pipe insulation, vibration eliminator).
  • Pressure crankcase valve.
  • Oversized receiver.
  • Receiver fitted with safety valve (for capacity ≥ 14 liters).
