Modeling Analysis Simulation & Computation (MASC)

The numerical simulation platform focuses on Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) and indoor comfort simulation.

Indoor comfort tests

Comfort tests in real conditions
- External temp, internal temp, thermal unit performances, airflows, acoustics
- Real room, corresponding to spec (walls, ceiling, carpet, windows, desk, ...)
Development of solutions for final choice / installation
Units and air diffusers tests according to EN ISO 7730 and EN 15726

Air Handling Units

Aerodynamic tests up to 30 000 m³/h to test AHU components
Heat recovery efficiency and thermal capacity test

Climatic chambers

AHU and Rooftop thermal performance testing up to 200 kW / 20 000 m³/h
Range of controlled environment = -15°C to +40°C
Fan coils units testing chambers for Eurovent certification up to 20 kW

Reliability Tests

Endurance testing of machines or components
24/7 corrosion tests
Static, cycling or burst hydraulic pressure tests up to 250 Bar
Vibration tests with a maximum force of 2000 N

Field tests

AHU equipped with smart control to set temperature, humidity for the lab and offices.
CO2 and pm2.5 controlled by system.
