Carrier Brands to Showcase Resilient, Sustainable and Intelligent Building Solutions at AHR Expo

Carrier will showcase the latest products and services from across its HVAC product portfolio, including building automation, digital solutions and its Healthy Buildings program at AHR Expo® in Chicago from Jan. 22 - 24. The solutions from Carrier and its brands help customers meet sustainability goals, energy needs, cost pressures, changing business requirements, comfort needs and health concerns. The Carrier pavilion is located at the South Building entrance of McCormick Place and includes Carrier in booth S7510 and extends to Automated Logic at booth S7520 and the Carlyle Compressor booth S7710, covering the latest innovations from each brand. Visitors will learn how connected solutions, like the Abound™ digital platform, can track energy usage, increase system efficiency and streamline greenhouse gas data collection. 

Carrier will preview the next generation of AquaForce® water-cooled chillers with the latest advances in free cooling, Toshiba Carrier VRF systems, rooftops and air handling units. There will be an advance look of a new line of water-cooled screw chillers and water source heat pumps for use in industrial and commercial buildings designed to reduce carbon emissions and energy costs. 

Carrier is introducing a more compact AquaEdge® 19MV chiller with low GWP refrigerant to meet pending regulatory requirements. The AquaSnap® 30RC air-cooled chiller featuring Greenspeed® intelligence with best in class energy-efficiency within a tiered design for a broader operating range and design flexibility will be showcased. 

The latest in building automation will be featured including the i-Vu® Express Connected Building Automation Device, which was an AHR Expo Innovation Awards finalist. Carrier will also highlight a light commercial zoning system and controls technology designed to digitally transform environments to support health, safety and comfort. 

Carrier will offer two complimentary refrigerant training sessions on Jan. 23. Successful completion of each session of Refrigerants: Past, Present and Future qualifies for one professional development hour or one continuing education unit.
