The Carrier cellular modem provides 4G LTE-A connectivity to a site through Carrier TruVu controllers, enabling remote service and support. By utilizing Field Assistant, users can effectively monitor, manage, and troubleshoot the connected HVAC equipment and downstream controllers remotely without being on-site.
- Robust industrial design and compact metal housing helps withstand demanding environments
- Communicates remotely through a self-hosted VPN server
- Pre-configured to communicate with controller’s ethernet service port for quick setup
- Provides access to the entire network through Field Assistant
- Secondary LAN ports allow simultaneous connection to EQT3 displays without sacrificing access to the ethernet service port
- Available in 3 different kits for a variety of applications
- Automatic reboot feature to minimize disruptions should it become disconnected
