Carrier Transicold France Now Offering Leasing Solutions for eCool Electric Batteries

Carrier Transicold France is now offering customers a leasing solution for the acquisition of electric batteries for the Vector^® eCool electric refrigeration system. Carrier Transicold is part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions.

Launched in 2020, the Vector eCool uses an energy recovery and storage system to convert kinetic energy generated by the trailer axle and brakes into electricity, which is then stored in the eCool electric battery pack that powers the refrigeration unit. This creates an autonomous loop that produces no direct carbon dioxide (CO₂) or particulate emissions. A wide range of businesses have adopted the eCool solution to help reduce their carbon footprint.

For customers investing in the Vector eCool, the new leasing solution is available through an agreement with a financing company and enables customers to acquire the equipment quickly. Carrier Transicold offers the full service, including the financial administration of the lease.
