I was very disturbed with the mess left. I came home to find my broom and dustpan left outside on the ground. I then noticed shards of metal. I assume they were trying to clean up, but as I have aggregate, they were not able to get it all. I found many pieces of metal, one got stuck in my footwear. Why not use a drop cloth? With a dog, that was a problem. I have a photo of some of the pieces that I found left. Then I move inside. I had spent the weekend prior to the install thoroughly cleaning the basement as it really needed a good clean. It was left in worse shape than before I cleaned. They left their garbage (gloves, packaging as well as dirt from the ducts). It took me a few days to realize how dirty it was left. (photos can be included) I am concerned that the pipe going outside may be slightly on an upward slope (instead of downwards or level). Not sure if that is what is best as how does the condensation flow out? The crew were pleasant enough. One chap came by 8 days later (after I made a few calls to the office) and said he would do better next time. All in all, not a company that I would recommend their service.
