Darryl is amazing — he is so kind, knowledgeable, and patient, while I asked a gazilion questions, in which he answered every single one — thank you Darryl. Darryl and his team (Andrew and Zebb) are very professional, skilled, and incredibly nice human beings. They had to remove my old heat pump and fan coil and install the new system, which looks and runs beautifully. Their attention to detail is exceptional. Kudos to you guys in crawling back and forth under the low deck and into the crawlspace in a muddy downpour, which is not an easy location to remove/install fan coil. I am so happy with my new system and I would highly recommend Refined HVAC!
