We are very pleased with the professionalism of the two gents who installed our new Carrier unit. Great teamwork was observed, each person new their role and the process went as quickly as possible. Our install was late on a Friday afternoon and they worked past 18:00 to complete the job before the weekend, which was very much appreciated. They didn't rush, were personable and answered all questions we had regarding the operation of the system. No mess left, everything was cleaned up and taken away in the van. Everyone we dealt with at BC Fireplace Service Inc., from the owner, to Greta in the showroom, to the install specialists are experienced people who were very personable and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend these people to anyone, Great job everyone! Thanks again.

The installation guys were equally good \- they showed up at 9 a.m. precisely, were very knowledgeable about the product, and helped to ease my mind about any concerns I had. Also, they made sure that the entire system was running smoothly, and gave me thorough step\-by\-step instructions (as well as the print manual) on how to maximize the use of the new system.
