Excellent experience with Aire One
The installation by Aire One went great. They showed up when they said they would. They were very careful to not damage walls or floors when they removed the old furnace. They had a team of 3 people who put in the new furnace and A/C in about 7 hours and it looked very good. They took the time to go through how to use everything. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Bad News
Carrier external unit paired with an unknown brand of evaporator coil. First external unit installed was 5 years old, leaving us very suspicious we were being taken. When confronted the dealer replaced it with a unit one year old unit. When asked to provide details on the evaporator coil, we have still not been given the brand, serial number or installation date. Noise in the house is completely unacceptable. The dealer agreed there is an issue. The dealer has been of little help solving the problem, delaying investigating the issue or coming up with a solution. No service tech was even dispatched to the house, only the sales person.
