My contractor referred me to this company and after obtaining a thorough walk through of the options and placement of the system, I had the system installed in spring 2024. Upon install, it was noted the engine on the patio was installed backwards and actions were taken to quickly install correctly. Later in the summer, one of the ducts stopped working due to water (rain) build-up in the electrical panel. Service came to trouble shoot the issue and also added a drain hole to the electrical box to prevent future issues. Overall the system works well & keeps my home cool in summer and warm in winter; is also quiet inside & outside.
