First choice for Infinity systems installation and commissioning
I had to search for a real Authorized Dealer In Niagara region to address installation flaws in my top-of-the-line Infinity furnace, which were caused by the previous incompetent 'dealer.' The situation was critical, with constant 33-1 and 13-1 error codes, eventually leaving the house without heat. I initially planned to contact two or three local authorized dealers to find the most competent one, but fortunately, I called Aire One West first. From the moment the phone was promptly answered by the polite and caring coordinator, Laura Correa, to the competent diagnosis of issues, fixing, commissioning and thorough cleaning by the senior technician, Ross, Aire One delivered exceptional service!
