From my first call I had excellent service. Sales and installing. The next question "reason" the list does not apply. My husband and I had a Carrier furnace installed 20 years ago and had no issues in all that time. We had regular inspection done and some time minor parts were needed but never went with no heat. Our air conditioner was the original when the house was bought and still running perfectly after 40 years. I am very very very happy with my purchase.

Friendly, knowledgeable, considerate to property and residents during work, professional and efficient work, answered questions and provided explanations about equipment/work procedures. Excellent experience! Applewood originally installed furnace when our home was built many years ago. Contact info was displayed on furnace and thermostat. When old furnace did not work I called and they came the same day to check. Subsequently, it was more economical to install a new, more efficient Carrier. They came the next day at 8AM and were completed by 11AM just in time for some very cold days in Canada. I was impressed with their prompt, polite and great service during my family's time of need.
