Sales agent was thorough and knowledgeable, had worked as an installer so explained everything and answered all our questions. Installation crew showed up on time and stayed until everything was completed, including explaining everything about operation of the new system and new thermostat. The total installation took approximately 11 hours and the crew explained what was happening along the way and covered and fixed any small holes which had been made in our finished basement ceiling to run wires, pipes and cables. A competitor quote had advised that we would probably need to move the air conditioner and thermostat to make the job easier, but Total Home Comfort completed the installation using our existing set up. Would highly recommend this Company.
