The Maple Air Team are Trustworthy professional and accommodating to my house design and family needs. I had bulk head units installed that were very affordable. I qualified for the government energy rebate program that made it more affordable for an energy efficient investment going forward. I’m happy I used Maple Air and the Carrier mini split HVAC Units

The initial response to my request was returned very quickly and professionally. Philip came and gave me lots of information to help me make a formative decision for a ductless air conditioning unit. Everything was installed quickly and overall very happy with the process. This wasn't the cheapest estimate but the price was reasonable and my decision was based on the overall confidence I felt to hire Maple Air to do the work. I would recommend.

Maple Air installed a replacement Carrier gas furnace. The process to get a quote and have the unit installed was efficient and quite short. The two technicians who installed the furnace were very professional and made sure that everything worked well before they left

Very pleased with all aspects of sale, installation and after care

The installation was scheduled 3 weeks in advance however the installation crew were late starting as they did not have all the parts readily available that morning. They never got started until noon and then worked late into the night. They did not finish the same day, it actually took a month before they finished the job. You can tell the job was rushed, for example the outside wiring and refrigeration lines are not straight, the outdoor unit is not level, I have a hole in the wall that was not filled. The communication from Maple Air was lacking. Although there was a followup call from them I got no response when I asked when the job would be completed. There was no demonstration of how to use the system.

Installers were competent and professional

Cannot comment or rate the dealer, as the fins on the air conditioning unit are damaged and Maple Air has told me that they will fix this damage in September/October 2023.

I contacted Maple Air and within 2 hours a technician arrived to perform an assessment. Based on the findings they were able to recommend a Carrier unit that suited my property and scheduled an immediate install. The installation crew was clean, providing drop\-cloths as access in and out of the house was required. They were efficient and completed the work in less than 2 hours. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an AC replacement and the cost and warranty were very feasible. Further, the financing program is also very reasonable for those looking to budget the purchase.

From the salesperson to the installers to the owner himself it was a pleasurable experience. You could tell they all really cared about the customer experience. They very quickly arranged the energy audit so I could apply for the rebate. Alex in sales was a great communicator and discussed the whole process in detail. He followed up frequently even after the installation was complete. The installers (Navid and his partner) were very neat. Navid was fantastic in explaining everything, discussing the setup, and did a beautiful installation \- very neat and well organized. There was a problem of a bad motherboard on the furnace and the owner himself (Reza) came out that evening to replace it. I would highly recommend this company.

New top of line furnace scratched on installation. Installers could take more care in a brand new several thousand dollar new product. Installation average with holes left on sheet metal and loose wires tied by electrical tape. Fault codes alerted next day but dealer was able to recalibrate gas configuration. Dealer promised scratches would be repaired once paint is available. Will update this rating whenever that does happen. Overall, I am not 100% satisfied.

Excellent experience

Came in 2 hours to assess the furnace not working. Found heat exchanger leaking carbon monoxide. Replacement furnace arrived 3 hours later. Excellent Dealer response.

Maple Air, A team of Top HVAC Professionals, having a phenomenal team where first contact was with their Manager Omid then Sales Consultant Philip, then Adam, Libin and so on, whereas Master HVAC Tech Farzad was more than an exceptional and seasoned expert and Farshad was nothing less. Honestly speaking this Carrier HVAC installation in particular was not among the one of the easiest ones. Based on their expert advice, communication skills, punctuality, flexibility, and working with their client's best interests, are above and beyond industry standards which are definitely superb. In a nutshell, the entire process/experience was nothing less than conveniently remarkable. Thank you Maple Air Team for such an amazing and wonderful job!

Friendly, courteous, patient and efficient

Everybody I deat within this company was efficient, courteous and honest. The only exception was that the team that installed my equipment cut a few corners, probably because it was getting late and they were tired. However, after reporting some small leaks they promptly send another team to fix and adjust properly the installation. This is important to be because another dealer would be likely to ignore or delay my call for assistance. Everybody from the office all the way to the techie, were courteous and helpful. Besides they offered me a full year to pay for my install with no interest. I do not regret calling Maple Air. Still early but so far so good.

Omid and the team were great to deal with. They were quick to respond, schedule an appointment, go over options, provide updates and set up an installation date. My mom was very happy with the installation (replacing a 15 year old ductless air conditioner with a new unit) and it was great speaking with Omid. Very professional, friendly and easy to deal with. I would highly recommended.

Having approved the quotation, I was requested to make a down payment which I did. Very shortly afterwards, our salesman informed me that the selected air conditioner was not available but a larger (and $300 more expensive) unit was in stock. A simple stock check should have been made before offering a quotation. Left a bad feeling. The installation date was also altered from my requested date, so I postponed appointments, but the installation team did not turn up. I was told they would be there "on the day I initially requested". Annoyed with the written mis\-information. However, the installation crew were excellent. Navid and Ali worked non\-stop for about 11 hours, without breaks to install the two units in a very tight space. I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you.

Carrier recommended this factory authorized dealer ; who provided incorrect physical dimensions for the unit. The purchase experience was stressful; after numerous email exchange to establish the physical dimensions of the air conditioning unit for installation. And after confirmation, still showed up on delivery/installation day with a unit that is not of the expected size given my yard has limited space to accommodate it! The installer however, did a great job.

Everyone at Maple Air Inc. was efficient, polite and assessed our need for a new furnace. They then recommended and installed the appropriate furnace. The work was done efficiently and finished very neatly. They went beyond their duty to answer our questions and finish the installation in an aesthetically pleasing manner.

I know I made the right decision selecting Maple Air to replace and install a new Carrier Infinity furnace, Performance AC and John Wood 50G hot water tank. I obtained 6 quotes, during the 2021 summer, which were all priced fairly close to one another Farzad, the Business Development Manager, took the time to evaluate my current units and made some recommendations that would work well with my home and family needs. As a single mother with two young children, I felt comfortable with his explanations and the answers he provided to the questions I had. I communicated with him a few times after receiving the quote and was satisfied with his timely responses and the clarification I needed to make a final decision. The team who installed the units were professional and courteous. They placed a drop cloth to capture any debris at the work space. They ensured the position of the hot water tank was appropriately located in the space of the basement where I planned to rearrange my washer and dryer. When the installation team left, I had some questions that I did not think about until the next day. The Maple Air staff were quick to respond to my questions. If a service request is needed, the Maple Air website gives the option to either message them or send a text message. My summer electrical consumption was half the amount than previous years and I had the temperature set 1 degree cooler. In also noticed during that time that my natural gas consumption was 50% less. I look forward to seeing the additional savings when I use the furnace to keep my home warm during the cooler seasons. I recommend signing up for the yearly maintenance plan. This extends the warranty and you have the same company caring for your units with historical knowledge of the installation. I am satisfied with the final results.

We were so happy with the entire process from start to finish. We were very pleased with how quickly Maple Air responded to our calls and emails. They answered our questions and provided us with straight information and options to make the best decision. Installation took place less than a week after we received our estimate. The installers did a marvelous job. They left our place tidy after they finished. We have since used our new air conditioner and new thermostat several times, and they both work beautifully.

MapleAir installer showed up on time with all required tools and equipment and completed new AC and coil installation in timely fashion. They also removed my old AC unit and took it with them. The installer was very knowledgeable and experienced, and was able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend MapleAir to family and friends. In fact, I already have! They just installed AC + coil + furnace at my parents house last month and did an A+ job as well!

I am happy with the installation and service. The sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only bad thing about maple air was that I financed the carrier service however wasn't able to get the payments on the credit card. It would have been great if I was able to finance the furnace on the credit cards as most other companies are doing the same.

I contacted Maple Air, and Lucas called me back to communicate their services. Lucas answered all my questions about the different types of furnaces they sell, and we agreed on the Carrier performance series. The installers arrived on time, and within three hours our furnace was installed in a neat and tidy manner. Farzad was one of the installers, and he was polite and answered all my questions after the install. He even helped with fixing one of my ducts was dislodged from the living room. I would definitely recommend Maple Air to all my family and friends.

I was looking to replace my furnace and fan powered humidifier and contacted a number of HVAC companies. I selected Maple Air because Reza was very responsive, knowledgeable, easy to work with, while also able to offer a competitive price. During the installation, the team worked diligently until the job was done and were patient as they explained things to me and answered my many questions. Maple Air was recommended to me by a good friend and they were true to what I was told to expect. During the pre\-install meeting they listened to what I wanted and suggested better ways to accomplish the same requirements. They arrived on the scheduled day and when they were finished the only trace of them being there was the new AC equipment installed. I will be using Maple Air for all my HVAC and home heating requirements and service from this day on.

Installers were professional....red carpet service. Answered all my questions during installation. Installed 3 items: A/C, Furnace, and tankless water heater. It did take a long time to install, but nothing less should be expected. They cleaned up after they left and we're very kind to my 5 year old son who enjoyed checking out what they were doing every so often. Would highly recommend.

Rodrigo Rico is my point of contact with the company. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. The installer was a third party contractor. He showed up with one person for a two person job. I was required to assist the installer with removal of the old furnace and water heater tank and with bringing the new units into my house. The water heater unit was installed in very close proximity to my furnace room doorframe. I'm unable to remount the door. Following up with Maple Air has been difficult. My phone calls and emails have gone unanswered.

They were really fast at getting the deal done and sending invoices. The installers gave me a time window, as they do, and showed up at the very end of the time frame so they didn't have a lot of time left in the day to work. Installation was done nicely. They said it would take "a day or two" but should have scheduled 3. Trying to wrap up quickly they eyeballed the covering measurements and left quite a mess behind. I would explore other options before calling them again.
