We needed a new system. This company had installed our last compressor, so they were one of our choices for bids. Of ALL the companies we requested bids from, they were the ONLY one to not want to dodge state law and city inspections, and to send us a complete, itemized statement of costs BY EMAIL. Another company merely texted me a price and some random part numbers, another said they " didn't want to be shipped", and wouldn't send a cost breakdown until we accepted their price! All Four Seasons was remarkable, very patient with my pickiness, as I asked for prices on several systems. This was a costly endeavor, and while I wanted a Carrier that was environmentally excellent, but also one that fit our budget. Once we settled on a system, they quickly had us scheduled. Every worker wore a mask, vital as I'd just had surgery. The work was done in a couple of days! Everything. Compressor on roof, vents cleaned \- they were the ONLY company in 20 years to even try, and it's made a HUGE difference!), interior cabinet closet emptied and cleaned, new intake vent created, thermostat installed, everything left utterly spotless. Mandatory HERS test quickly scheduled (included in the contract price), inspection, final walk thru, inspection, and last payment just finished. Contract includes a few years of seasonal maintenance. I know that whenever I call them, they will bend over backwards to provide me with excellent assistance. As a disabled veteran, I require stable temperatures year round, and so far this new system is working well, and is far more efficient than our previous one. They hands down will be the company I recommend for heavy jobs like these, and I know their maintenance staff is capable and efficient. While not the cheapest, they are far better than any other company I've had in my home!
