Of the four companies I obtained bids from, the gentleman from Comfy who came out to do the estimate was on time, thorough with his inspection and offered us an appropriate system to meet out needs. His two most important attributes: 1) He LISTENED and answered all of our questions, and 2) when I told him the system was for my elderly mother in law, he spoke directly to her. He was the only one who did that. While their bid wasn't the lowest (it was close) it was reasonable and fair. I've learned that the lowest price isn't always the best choice. In Comfy, we made the best choice.
