My 21 year old original furnace didn't work when we got our first cold nights. A.E Olsen tried replacing some parts to get it to work for another season, but to no avail. After a couple of weeks, I decided not to wait for back\-ordered parts to come in, but to replace the old unit with a new one. Over the course of several service calls, plus the installation, I got to meet many of the guys on the A.E. Olsen team. The admin staff were always very friendly every time I called the office.
