The installer did a great job of removing an old competitor system and replacing it with a new energy efficient Carrier system. He had to expand the base to hold the wider new unit, had to elevate the height to accommodate the air cleaning unit, and had to flange the output to the duct work since the new unit had a wider opening. The tech never took a break and spent the entire day removing, engineering, and installing the new system. Only issue was he didn't have a flange to hook the furnace exhaust to the exhaust pipe going through the roof; however, he came back the next day to complete this task.
