Everything went according to plan! No surprises and very nice Techs. Time to repair was quick for the service provided and no hiccups; overall great service!

I would have given a 4.5 stars but that doesn't exist. So I had to give 4\-stars, only because I had to call Edwards back out to level the AC unit outside.

Three young men came to install my new furnace and ac unit,, they were wonderful. Knowledgeable, well mannered, polite, hard workers, and a pleasure to have in my home also great sense of humor I honestly cannot say enough about Scott, James and Parker.

I have been using Edwards since I moved to Georgia, on the recommendation of my daughter. I have always had a good experience with the employees. I purchased an air conditioner this week and the installers (Scott and Lee) were prompt, answered all questions, and were a pleasure to deal with. The service technician (Scott) that was here last week for my furnace and to bring me a quote on the A/C was also prompt, professional and answered all my questions.

From the Comfort Advisor who was not your typical pushy sales person, took the time to listen to our needs and was a true expert to resolve the issues we were currently having, to the Install Coordinator who made the ordering and install scheduling seamless and to the Installers who did a wonderful job and were very professional and personable, the whole experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with the total replacement of my HV/AC. Everyone I came in contact with at Edwards was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs!!!

The new system is great! The crew was able to move the a/c unit and run the wires through the ceiling so it is in my side yard. It is so quite we can even hear it when it runs full blast! Chad was the project manager and did a phenomenal job. He was very professional, courteous, friendly and detail oriented. The job was done quickly with no mess left behind. Chad asked MULTIPLE times if I had any questions or concerns about the job before leaving...and this was AFTER he explained everything thoroughly! The crew was awesome and I have now found a "GO TO" when it comes to my HVAC needs!

Edwards Heating \& Air is a fantastic contractor for AC. My 15 year old AC unit was dying and the evaluating technician recommended total system replacement. It was the correct decision in the long run. They came back two days later and installed a Carrier unit within 7 hours. The system efficiency is amazing and is cooling a 1300 SF dwelling that endures 90 degree heat all day in the summer with no tree shade. The technicians were fast and efficient and answered my questions eagerly. I got a good deal on price and recommend them to anyone.

Edwards Heating and Air did a really great job through the entire process of quoting and installing our new HVAC systems. Tim was very knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions for us. The guys that came to do the install were very polite and clean. They tried not to interfere with anything else I was doing during the day while they were installing the equipment. The only issue was that they forgot to pick up their drop cloths and vacuum after themselves. I think it was just a communication error since there were two crews working at the same time, but not a big deal.

Installed a new 3.5 ton 14 SERR unit and coil as a replacement. Good service, on time, knowledgeable techs. Shane worked with me to get the best bang for my buck. Unit works great. A follow up call to ask me how things are working is anticipated. Would definitely recommend them to a friend.

We had bad experiences with two AC companies in the past. Now we had found a great company that we trust.

Tech did a outstanding job in installing the unit a 14 seer 2.5 heat pump at my home.

If my wife and I could give six stars to Edwards, we certainly would. Great customer service is defined by not meeting the customers expectations, but exceeding it. In all instances, Edwards exceeded our expectations of their service. After comparing four bids, we chose Edwards for a total replacement of our HVAC system. The installation was complicated due to the size of our home and an addition that was added after the house was built. Dustin (the owner) took personal charge of making sure we were happy with the final results visiting the house several times during the installation, as well as corresponding via text and email frequently. His crews were incredible. We got to know each of them by name and could not have asked for a friendlier more respectful group of people. Jesse, Mike, Shane thank you! After the initial installation, we had to make some adjustments (to be expected) and Dustin refused to accept payment from us until everything was completed. He still wouldn't accept payment until after we had the system working for over a week to make sure it was doing everything to our satisfaction. After the installation, Shane also called to see how things were going. After our experience with Edwards, we look forward to using them anytime in the future we have HVAC needs and will have all regular maintenance services performed by them. If you are looking to replace, repair, or just do regular service to your existing system, we cannot recommend Edwards highly enough. Allow them to exceed your expectations. You will not be sorry with your decision to use them
