This is the third unit that Spartan has replaced for me in the past two years . I highly recommend them.

My husband and I received 3 different Heating/AC estimates. Spartan came out diagnosed the problem, and wrote estimates for the upstairs and downstairs units. Brian Cantwell was very thorough in how he wrote the estimates. He provided us with 4 different units, categorizing each with what was considered Best, Better, Good and Budget, which was very helpful to us in making a more informed decision. Mr. Cantwell, was one of the crew team that installed our downstairs unit. They worked expeditiously and completed the installation in a timely manner. Mr. Cantwell was very friendly, courteous and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. All team members appeared professional and very skilled in the work they performed. The end results were very satisfactory. The heat works fine, so far, no problem detected. I suspect the air condition will work just as well when tested in the spring/summer. I had an opportunity to speak with Mr. David Thompson, Owner, and he was responsive in returning my call, and responded immediately to my request. He dispersed his team of men prior to an upcoming cold night, and completed the job as promised. We are very pleased with the carrier unit, the work performed and would highly recommend Spartan Heating and Air. We selected Spartan based on their estimates, and the excellent reviews posted.
