A Perfectly Professional Experience
We contacted Wright\-Bilt on a Monday, after our heating unit went out completely over the weekend. The sales rep came promptly at the scheduled time on Tuesday, make a recommendation by Wednesday, and we had heat back in the house by Thursday afternoon. The entire experience was absolutely seamless and the Carrier unit installed has performed flawlessly. (I smelled gas in the general area of the heating unit the afternoon after installation. I called Wright\-Bilt, and they had a tech out at the house within the hour to check to see if there was a problem.)
