Based on the pre\-contract interaction with Rhyan Arrowood and the interaction with David and Scott that installed the equipment, I would recommend them to anyone wanting professional service, effective communications, and on\-time delivery on their scheduled date and installation time. After a day of the system cooling our home, so far the system has met our expectations. We are looking forward to seeing how it performs this summer compared to our old system. We can't even hear the outside system running. The house feels very comfortable compared to the previous system. The Ecobee Smart Thermostat with Alexa works beautifully, especially for my wife who is blind. She can adjust everything verbally via the thermostat. The extra sensor we put in the basement actually helps keep a good balance of temperature between the floors. We had the ultraviolet unit installed in the system to kill bacteria and any mold growth. Again, this review is only after one day and we are looking forward to what the system performance will be this summer.
