They did do what they said they would do. Owner blamed me for not giving me what I asked for. He said it wasn't in my budget but we didn't discuss budget and I purchased the most expensive option he presented. Sorry Justin that's not on me. Service tech claimed I had the thermostat control set up wrong. Found an error in their install and had to explain that to them. They sent another service tech out. Shout out to Thomas, he figured out the problem and made 2 more trips to fix it. He had to customize a solution as the Carrier people could not help him out. Turns out the system would not function as it was sold and explained to me. I did not have the control setup wrong as was confirmed by Thomas.
