Installer's attitude
The technicians, at 1st I thought did a good job, then I inspected the finished product. I found 2 dents, in the duct work. One was BIG. The other a crease, that should have also been replaced. I brought it to the tech (Terry) attention. He actually said, "why didn't you say something before"? (with an attitude) I said, " you knew u put up the duct work knowing it was dented, so why is that my fault "? He storms out and the other installer (Phil), says "I will take of it". I paid a lot of money for the furnace and air conditioner and that installer's action is unprofessional. In fact, there were 2 dents. I found out later that he turned the duct work around so the other dent wouldn't show, which is still there, that's also unprofessional. I would recommend King to others, but tell them to make sure Terry is NOT one of the installers. Phil was professional in handling the situation. I chose King because a friend of mine works there.
