Missed opportunities
Been pleased with my Carrier unit for the past couple months, as I bought the absolute top\-of\-the\-line model. However, several mistakes were made by the Elite Heating \& Air, costing me and my family money, and I have no response from them. Further, they have made zero apologies and have taken zero ownership of those mistakes. Communication and customer service is lacking in that regard, which is the other half of why I thought this might be a good company. I am big fan of Carrier's products and was initially impressed by this company and their incentives. However, once I signed the service agreement and financed this unit, the only communication I have received has been to complete my rebate and purchase incentives. Not one to give bad press on a small business, but I'd rather insure that future customers are treated right and with respect. I would be more than happy to answer the specific details with Elite Heating \& Air or a Carrier representative.
