A highly qualified technician with years of installation experience, and tremendous product knowledge, Dan, handled my AC system estimates, answering my copious questions, and recommending two good options for my specific needs. Before anything else, however, he called the office and had two window units brought to my house, which he and his son, Josh, installed for me, in order to keep my home cool while my new unit was ordered and installed. Krause loans these units, as well as heaters in the case of furnace repairs or replacement, free of charge to their customers. As soon as I decided on the system I preferred, the Carrier Performance seer16, it was ordered and a week later installed. Keith, the technician in charge of the installation, and his apprentice, Nick, were punctual, prepared, careful, courteous and thorough, leaving my home clean as well as cool. The same can be said for the electrician, Rob, and his helper, Josh, whose work came toward the end of the installation. Krause also includes a two year service contract, a nice follow up, with their installation contract. I recommend Krause Companies highly for the quality of their service, fair business practices, and the consistent courtesy of their employees. My outside unit is runs quite quietly, and new thermostat seems very easy to operate.
