Our 24\-year old home A/C unit failed on a Tuesday morning. Home Advisor recommended Clarksville Heating and Air. They came to the home within 2 hours of contacting them and gave an estimate for a new A/C unit and furnace. They provided a portable A/C unit for our bedroom until the system could be installed.. They removed the old units on Thursday afternoon. The 17 SEER unit we had ordered was not available, so the Carrier dealer provided a 19 SEER unit for the same price. It was installed that Friday. The Clarksville crew were prompt, courteous, and professional. The A/C unit is very quiet and we have less humidity in the house. We should have upgraded the old unit years ago.
