The service there great - the install was a disaster!
The install of my new furnace and heat pump was a terrible experience. I think Apollo maybe contracted it out because these guys did a terrible job!! The St. Paul City Inspector said it was an F and it needed many remediations to pass. I almost never give a bad review but it took almost a full year to get it to work well and they finally replaced the heat pump.

We were sold a high cost infinity unit. After it was installed we noticed the model number of the unit installed did not match the unit we purchased. Only at that time did they admit it was a much cheaper unit than what had been sold to us and offer to refund the over $1000 difference!
