I dealt with Frank (owner, initial contact), Mario, Claudio, (installation), Todd (planning), and Julio (oil burner service and ensuring overall operation). My interactions with all personnel were professional and cordial. Todd and Mario worked with me to install ductless units on interior walls so as to hide tubes and such inside walls. Everything was done on schedule. Julio solved a problem with installation of ductless units and made them run smoothly. He also reviewed all the controls and gave me advice about using the systems. So did Mario but it was good to hear it all again, outside the installation effort, with more time to discuss. I was confused about the product registration and warranty process, since the owner manuals had registration forms included and it was hard to find the model and serial number information. However, the company service rep at the office (Emily) filled out equivalent forms for me and sent them in from the office, so I assume I have warranty coverage. I was (and still am as of this review) a little confused about how the town inspection is going to work, but Todd is managing this and I'm sure the town will sign\-off on the installation. So all in all the planning, installation and servicing have gone well so far. Hopefully this will continue into the months and years to come.
