Jansen Heating, Cincinnati Ohio, 2 Ton HVAC Unit Replacement
The unit was installed (partially) on 8/20. Including the sales visit, 7 different visits have occurred to install, inspect following a complaint regarding the workmanship, implement and emergency repair, and re\-install components (insulation, filter compartment, etc.). After 7 visits, the water cut\-off switch is still not hooked up. Problems with the installation included: the unit was not level, gaps existed be tween the ductwork and the ceiling, condensate drain lines were not graded adequately, the thermostat was not level, wiring was attached to the duct work with tape, the wrong filter compartment was installed initially \- with the door trimmed by tin snips leaving jagged edges, the area wasn't cleaned, the tech didn't wear a mask always, etc. I have contacted them three times over the last week requesting wiring instructions for the cut\-off switch. I received a text today indicating that I would be called back. No call \- no surprise. I just want the wiring diagram and I'll finish the job.
