Mr. Gray arrived at my house on time with everything he needed to replace my package unit. He installed my new unit, hauled off the old unit, and switched out my previous thermostat with a programmable one. He left a clean work site behind. The only way you could tell he had been there was my shiny new unit. I expected the install to take all day, but he was done in a few hours. I would definitely use him again.

Hale Heat and Air have been taking care of our home for over twenty years and the Owner Mitch Hale personally takes care of all of our HVAC needs. His support and response time are excellent and we are happy to recommend him to family and friends. We wanted to upgrade our home with a more energy efficient furnace and air conditioner and Mitch was able to take care of our needs and installed the new system quickly and neatly in one day. He upgraded duct work and ceiling dampers to improve the air flow and heating and cooling. The new system works great and we know he is there for service if we ever need him.
