took over 10 service callls to finally get the new install completed after wrong wires hooked up and untrained technicians that did not know how to hook up the system properly. after 10 service calls the manager had to come out to get system working. on day one of installation the first thing both technician did on arrival is took a 30 minute shit

Supervisor had team redo entire furnace installation after a full day of work. I could hear him yelling at installers in the garage, but he acted like nothing was wrong when I asked what was going on. Even then they left the unit unsafe; razor sharp metal bands all around the edge of the unit between a doorway and a tight entrance to the garage. Had to have them come back again to redo that part. No apologies at any point in three days of service people in and out of the house.
