From the first meeting with our sales consultant to the installation crew of Jake and Tyler, we were very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of these employees. Brady, our sales consultant, was thorough in his description and explanations of what Metro offered for older homes and how installation could be done in our home. Jake and Tyler, our installation gurus, were respectful of our home and cleaned up every day. They arrived promptly each day and worked without taking a break other than about 20 minutes to eat lunch. They patiently answered our questions, attended to little details of the installation, and solved little problems as they came up during installation without difficulty. Our neighbors had used Metro to install their whole house AC over 18 years ago and recently had them upgrade their system They spoke very highly of Metro and their attentive customer service. Based on their recommendation, we investigated whole house AC in a home nearly 100 years old both with Metro and several other HVAC companies in the Pgh area. Metro significantly stood out from the other providers. I highly recommend them!
