Broke twice while brand new
1st time it stopped working the serviceman opened the front panel and it was filled with ice! 2nd time it worked intermittently. It would quit, get up in the 80s and then take several hours to get back to start working again to get it back to the low 70s. They are sending a whole new outdoor unit. Hopefully we'll have better luck with the next one.
