CASA Mechanical installed our unit in 2013 and has been providing service ever since. The staff are responsive and professional. They provide prompt service and are consistently able to diagnose and repair the unit as needed. I have a service contract, so CASA Mechanical checks my HVAC system twice a year to keep the system in good shape. When there has been a problem, CASA Mechanical responds promptly and fixes the issue satisfactorily. I highly recommend this company.

Installed a heating and a/c unit. The total experience was EXCELLENT. From the ordering process with Gino to the installation with Gus and his crew, nobody does it better!!

This is my second HVAC install this year and everything went very well with both! Dennis was extremely helpful through both purchases.

In the current heat wave the CASA crew was in and out in less than 3 hours removing the old system and installing the new.

Our installation took five visits to complete. We were not familiar with AprilAire filters and asked the project manager to explain the advantages for the AprilAire filters. After several email exchanges we agreed to install the AprilAire. 1. On 6\-26\-2023 the installers arrived to install one unit for the first floor and one unit for the second floor. We left the house and the crew called us when the job was done. We asked the crew to show us the AprilAire. The crew said that they were told not to install the AprilAire. We emailed the project manager and asked him to review the emails and see that we wanted the AprilAire. 2. On 7\-1\-2023 the crew returned and installed the AprilAire cabinets and filters. 3. On 7\-5\-2023 the upstairs unit stopped cooling. A service tech came on 7\-6\-2023 and inspected the unit and found a loose wire and tightened the wire and the unit started cooling again. 4. On 7\-9\-2023 the upstairs unit stopped cooling again. A service tech came on 7\-10\-2023 and found that the compressor in the outside unit was not turning on. The project manager wanted to replace only the compressor, but we insisted on a new condenser. We spoke with the project manager's boss and asked for a new condenser. We were very concerned that other parts on the original equipment would later turn out to be faulty. 5. On 7\-11\-2023 another installer came and replaced the condenser. The unit is cooling as of 7\-16\-2023. The serial number on the original unit is 2123C58723. The serial number on the new unit is 2123C58752. We had to use extra energy to cool down our home on three separate occasions. At this point we do not know if the heating components will have any installation/manufacturer issues. It is too hot to test the heater. The heater will be tested when winter arrives.

The quality control of Carrier manufacturing process was disappointing . The evaporator had a structural defect allowing it to leak and the compressor cabinet had fins that were bent.

Even though having to buy a new A/C unit isn't the top of my list everyone at Casa made this a quick, professional and also friendly process. Everyone was polite and helped me so much with all my questions and worries. Thank you service tech Ray and Sales Rep Gino and the 3 guys that did the installation . I recommend my grandson call Casa for his new A/C and he did and will be getting his installed in the next couple of days.

Installation team arrived early; started working quickly. Cleaned up area thoroughly before leaving.

I had an older R\-22 system on my home that I have pieced together over the years because I was dreading having to replace it. I contacted Casa Mechanical explaining what my circumstances were and that I was waiting to replace the unit until I was at that point with my remodel so I could make changes with my ductwork and unit location. They sent out one of their senior technicians, Dennis, who walked through the house and listened and I explained what I was trying to accomplish during my remodel of my home. He reassured my we could replace the unit with a conversion kit to accommodate how my ductwork is currently and when I was ready to convert it the changes I make to the home they could come back in and make minimal alteration at that time so we could get the unit replaced now. All in all it, was the hard work of his installers, Gus and 2 other gentlemen, that got my old unit removed and new unit installed in one afternoon and it runs smoother and colder than I could have ever imagined. My wife and family are ecstatic and 100% satisfied with work ethics, professionalism and customer service especially with these challenging times our world is facing right now. I can't say enough great things about this company all the way from the laborer on the ground doing the work to the management team and office staff this company employees. They truly care about the products and service they provide to their customers. I will always look to them to do work for me, my friends and family for future service and projects. Working in a small space, the team resolved issues as they worked.

This is the 2nd Carrier system I have had installed by Casa. Our 15 year old upstairs unit went out about 5 years ago and now its downstairs sibling went out this year. Casa gave me a range of options with competitive prices and did a great job replacing the units.

These guys are great! No empty promises or bait and switch. If they give you a time frame, they meet it or beat it, and the equipment you ask for is installed right the first time.

They did a great job removing a Frankenstein'd system that was 13\-18 and installing a completely new system. Explained everything that was being installed what it was doing. Accurate quote for what the final price ended up being. House was built in the 60s and needed a new system badly. This new system is great and most if not all our previous issues have been resolved.

The crew was fast and efficient and they worked around the eccentricities of our older house, even relocated the new system and added ductwork and a new return! Casa is an excellent, and dependable company. We rely on them for HVAC and Water Heating. Very happy with the Carrier and their install so far.

Not the best experience as communication was very poor on cost/ payment options as well as what to expect from the equipment. Also, I was asked nor notified that my attic access would be impeded but the installation design. The air conditioner does work though.

CASA Mechanical changed out two systems in four hours. Their technicians were amazing and extremely courteous. The installation was very professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this service.
