Most everyone worked very hard and efficiently to do our install. I was mostly very pleased with the professional service and quality. The glaring deficiency they should have done better was in the install crew's understanding the individual points on our contract/invoice. I had to bring several things to the crew\-leader's attention; things I had agreed upon and were written in the invoice, but were overlooked (mistakenly?) by the install\-crew. Even today I called to double check one last piece of equipment that I paid for, but still haven't gotten. I like them, but I cannot recommend G\&S.
