The two guys who came to install the heat pump were great! But whoever install the valves from sound heating didn't complete the job or didn't let the builder know that it needed an extension to the outside of the house to connect to the heat pump. So the ones who came to install had to figure out where the valve ended and cut open dry wall. That was not something we liked.
