Prolonged satisfaction
Would like to say that mitch and cade were my installers and were amazing hard workers as my complete install was very challenging! I went with a 3ton carrier furnace and top of the line heat pump but with that said it has been over a month and a half and the kinks are still not work out so only been able too use my very expensive unit for the last week now so as far as the service side of the business goes it's been a lack of communication on there part and am still hoping that make this unit work like it should because I took over a year looking at companies and getting different bids and all were very different from equipment to price and install methods but decided to pay more than 7k over other bids to use hurlimans because of the revues I read and the thorough map out of my house with Matt there salesman .I just hope it all works out for us as we don't want to feel like we have been left by the wayside it was a very big purchase ! I hope to update this soon with a 5 star rating.

Modifications???
The removal of the old furnace and install of the new one took less than 3 hours. That being said Hurliman charged me $377 for a duct work modification, $331 for venting modification, and $331 for a gas line modification. If they did these 3 items they had to be pretty insignificant in labor to accomplish them and yet I was charged $1,039 for all three. If this is the industry standard then this industry is taking advantage of its customers. I have a home warranty and Hurliman was the dealer they selected so I had to move forward with them or not have the furnace covered on my home warranty.
