We have used Shackelford Heating Cooling for many years. They have been reliable and honest. We chose to replace a Bryant with the Carrier this time. The old furnace circa 2001 plugged up the plastic lined #2 exchanger. Shackelford did a quick and neat replacement in slightly over 4 hours. All adaptations to existing air shuts, piping, electrical was professional looking in the end. Left us with a well operating furnace with no issues. The techs did a great job in describing the unit, how it will run different to the dated one we replaced, how to program the controller and made sure we were comfortable with all the changes.
