Everything went very smooth. My only disappointment was that there seemed to be a lack of concern for any Focus on Energy rebates that I may be entitled to. I did make two follow-up calls to Focus on Energy with the last call I was told I should be entitled to a $50 rebate on the furnace, if the distributor was in fact a participant, in the program. What kind of CRAP is that?

Had a great experience with troubleshooting our older AC unit and when it finally needed to be replaced the service was great! A new AC unit was installed within approx 2 weeks which was perfect timing for the heat of summer. But then we have had issues with it since install and have requested a tech to be onsite they came once and couldn’t duplicate so we took video of the issue and shared it with the salesman/ scheduler for the technician and we were told it wasn’t a priory and they would call us at the end of the week to get some out. THIS NEVER HAPPENED STILL WAITING! It is not acceptable to tell a paying customer they are not a priority and then not follow through! We are not happy with the after services.
