The theme of the 5th National Convention of Carrier Transicold Brasil was “Excelerate”, which means “accelerating” Carrier Transicold's performance by seeking excellence. The event was held from March 1 to 3 at the Bourbon Convention Ibirapuera Hotel in São Paulo.
The event was attended by over 100 participants, welcoming Service Centers from all Brazilian regions. Leonardo Cives (Carrier Transicold Argentina), U.S. representatives David Brondum (Product Director, U.S.) and Scott Parker (Product Manager) also attended the event.
During the three-day convention, participants received presentations on the company's processes, future market trends, business tips and case studies. They were also given the opportunity to share best practices, experiences and information with colleagues from the Carrier Transicold authorized network. The innovative and entrepreneurial spirit of the event encouraged participants to think ahead and seek new ideas, new directions and new opportunities for Carrier Transicold and its authorized network.

Willis Carrier Award, an award bearing the name of the inventor of air conditioning and founder of the organization, is given as an honor to the dealer that invested the most in its business. Exceptionally this year, we gave the award to 2 companies: TA Refrigeração and Lepa Refrigeração.
Dealer of the Year is an award given to the dealer that stood out in Sales and After-Sales. The award was given to Clima Brasil SP.
Once again, the event allowed for participants to share knowledge, techniques and experiences, promoting growth and strengthening the Authorized Network in Brazil. Carrier would like to thank all of the Convention participants and we hope to see everyone next year for a new experience in 2019.
