For the sixth consecutive year, more than 100 Carrier Transicold collaborators gathered for the Dealer Conference at the Quality Resort Itupeva, in São Paulo, on March 15 and 16.

Thirty-one companies, including service centers, sales agents, employees and suppliers, attended this year’s event as it has become a company tradition.

Meeting topics included trends that will dominate the market in Q4 of 2019, the popularization of the brand and brand strength, both online and offline. As a tradition, too, many were recognized for their achievements from the previous year in four award categories; sales, after-sales, Dealer of the Year and the Willis Carrier award.

The Sales category had criteria such as new customer deals, and sales compared to the annual target. This category featured the following winners:

1ª - Refrigeração Viena SP
2ª - Refrigeração Viena SC
3ª - Clima Brasil

The After-Sales category was for partners with prominence in the Direct Drive program, performance improvement compared to the previous year, and gross annual turnover. The After-Sales category featured the following winners:

1ª - Termofrio Araguaína
2ª - Refrigeração Viena SP
3ª - Refrigor Refrigeração

The Willis Carrier Award bears the name of the founder of modern air conditioning, Willis Carrier and went to Refriar Refrigeração, the dealer with the largest investment of the yea

The main award, Dealer of the Year, went to Refrigeração Viena SP, which is based on overall performance, in sales and after-sales.

The 6th Annual Conference provided moments of recognition, appreciation and above all, gratitude to all who make our strong company even stronger.
