Carrier Transicold Expands Presence In Iberica

Carrier Transicold is expanding its presence in the Iberica region by implementing a dedicated truck / trailer refrigeration sales and aftermarket organization in Portugal, effective Sept. 1, 2022.

Jose Antonio Gomes will serve as Country Sales and After-sales Manager for the region and will work with the commercial and after-sales team to manage new equipment sales as well as the after-sales network in Portugal to provide best-in-class customer experience across the country. The new organization will allow Portuguese fleet operators to benefit from the guidance for the supply of efficient, sustainable and intelligent cold chain equipment through cutting-edge digital offerings and breakthrough electric solutions. Frindus, which was the official distributor of Carrier Transicold equipment in Portugal, will continue as a service partner through service centres in Cascais, Oeiras and Sintra.
