Went to the Hybrid system from an all LP 16 year old and loud system. The new system has performed well with little to no noise. It has taken a little getting use to electric heat but it has been a pleasant surprise.

Unit faults out/ off line
Unit is @ 2 yrs old. Having trouble with unit faulting out. Dealer has been great to respond. Have replaced electrical boards and contactor. Problem still persist. Would be great to have carrier respond. Thanks

The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
