The 27SPA6 boasts cooling efficiencies of up to 16 SEER2. And, like other Carrier heat pumps, it's designed to be Hybrid Heat® system compatible to help you save on heating costs in winter too.
Pair your InteliSense-enabled Performance Series heat pump with an ecobee for Carrier Smart Thermostat to grant permission for data sharing, and enjoy the benefits of connected comfort. InteliSense™ technology gives your dealer the ability to remotely view the operational health of your system and use digital tools to provide more efficient customer service and remotely troubleshoot your system.

Because you make the decision, this program gives you confidence that your comfort is covered in a way that makes sense for you.
1To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
